How I've helped others transform their entire approach to fitness (& therefore, results):
28Sync is a 6-week program that helps you get leaner, stronger, and more energized by syncing your workouts, nutrition, and mindset with your menstrual cycle. It’s designed to reduce inflammation, improve hormone balance, and help you feel like yourself again—without burnout or restriction.
That’s totally fine! You’ll learn how to easily identify which phase you’re in (even if you’re irregular or have no idea where to start). I’ll guide you step-by-step, and you’ll feel confident syncing in no time.
Workouts are just 30 to 40 minutes, 4–5 times a week. Everything is intentionally designed to fit into real life - no long gym sessions or complicated routines.
You’ll have support from me through private messages, plus access to our 28Sync community where other women are going through the same journey. You’ll never be left to figure it out alone - and we always allow space for grace and getting back on track.
The principles of syncing still apply! This program will help you reconnect with your body and support hormonal balance, whether you're cycling regularly or not.
